Commonly known as “Formica” it refers to the overlap of a series of phenolic resin sheets and a final decorative sheet impregnated with thermosetting resins then covered with a protective layer of external finish. The laminate can have infinite colours, solid colours, woods, mortar or metalized effects. A particularly hygienic material, it has a high resistance to wear and vapour. It is suitable for several uses: doors, worktops, vertical and horizontal furniture, where there is the need for a solid and sturdy surface.
